In event of cancellation, in whole or part, we voluntarily return all recoverable costs, above and beyond the limits laid down in our Booking Conditions subject to the cancellation order being made six weeks prior to arrival or start of tour whichever comes first.
We will refund 100% of the hotel reservations if cancelled 60 days prior to arrival and 90% of the other services ifcancelled 21 days prior to arrival.
Other cancellation refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis, whether provided directly or indirectly by us. We do not normally refund for early checkouts or no-shows.
